Energy Exploration 1

What is a Chakra? What is an Aura? How does this seemingly elusive world of energy work? Come join me in opening up to the next level of your natural evolutionary development!

Energy is a natural part of who we are! Every day, so many of us engage with our energy in its subtle and sometimes not so subtle forms without even knowing it.

In this program, we demystify and explore our human energy system and the incredible world of energy. You will learn simple and easy ways to understand, identify and develop your energy in its many forms, turning what was previously misunderstood and elusive into something accessible and empowering.

Not a beginner?

If you aren't a beginner in the world of energy you will still benefit from beginning at the beginning with me, as this series builds on advancing levels in later courses to come and will make reference to the foundational principles taught therein.

What to expect

Session 1

Theory:  What is energy? We look at how it behaves, how it manifests in the world around us and how we connect, translate and understand it.
Practical:  We explore techniques to sense and experience different types of energy in our bodies and in our environment.

Session 2

Theory:  We explore an outline of the human energy system, chakras, meridians and the five elements in the body. 
Practical:  We take an experiential journey through the human energy system.

Session 3

Theory:  We take a look the Crown chakra, the Third eye and the Higher senses (Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, Clairsentience, Clairalience, Clairgustance, and Claircognizance) and see which you may have developed already.
Practical:  We use techniques to identify, open and expand your higher senses. Think Psychic games!

Session 4-8

Theory:  We explore the rest of the main chakras (The Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral and Base chakras). We look at how they work and what influences they have on us. We will spend time identifying your personal growth lessons through each of these centers and how you can continue to develop yourself on all levels with this deeper understanding.
Practical:  We take an experiential journey through each system, giving you tools to connect with, develop and balance each system respectively. 

The course runs over 8 months, with a 3 hour session each month. The course costs R500 per session.
